Question about Disability Insurance.?
I fell at work and havent been able to go back to work the doctore released me on light duty but my employer doesnt have light duty work for me. I was thinking on using my disability insurance since Its been more than a month that I dont get a pay check. And I am fighting cuz they say that my accident is not work related. I am in a very hard situation.

- You mean, it's not a workers comp claim, so you're not getting workers comp benefits - so you want to file a disability claim. That's fine, but for long term disability, the wait is usually 90 days. You'll have to check your policy to find out what the wait period is.
