Know about any good health insurance plans in india?
I'm a resident of Hyderabad, India. I want to take a medical insurance plan for my mom. Her age is 54 years. I spoke to icici about this. They said it can be done online itself without the need for my mom to undergo any health checkup. They said they won't be covering any past diseases till the next 4 years of membership. And there are many items(diseases) which are under the exclusion list of coverage. Any help on which insurance would be better, advantages and drawbacks, in this regard will be appreciated. - Try calling the Just Dial talking Yellow pages of Hyderabad on 2444-4444, I am sure they would be of some good help as they have the entire hyderabad listed on their database! Hope it helps! :)
